Exceptional Student Education

Our Goal
The Exceptional Student Education Department offers specialized, inclusive, and mainstreamed classes for its students. Thomas Jefferson is a center school housing an Occupational Training Center and classes for physically challenged, autistic, and mentally challenged students working toward a high school diploma. The ESE Department also offers classes for gifted students and students with learning disabilities. Speech, hearing, and visually impaired sessions are available for students who qualify.
